ITSportsNet merges with Calgary technology company

Calgary, Alberta (February 01, 2011) -- "This is an exciting time in our growth," says David Cooper President, ITSportsNet. "Merging our business and technologies with Ivrnet, a leader in integrated voice technologies, is going to make our product offerings to our sports administration customers stronger than ever before."

Cooper added that it is business as usual at ITSportsNet. "While we are merging the two companies, the ITSportsNet branding will remain intact. All of our employees will remain with us as we transition under the Ivrnet umbrella. In fact, we anticipate hiring additional people following the merger."

In the new organization, Cooper will become a significant shareholder of Ivrnet. He will also be stepping down as President of ITSportsNet to become Vice-President of Product with Ivrnet. "With the merger, I am looking forward to spending most of my time on product development and customer support - the areas of business development that I enjoy the most."

Cooper is optimistic that the merger, which involves ITSportsNet shareholders receiving common shares of Ivrnet Inc. (TSX-V:IVI) for all ITSportsNet issued and outstanding shares and options, would be finalized by the end of March 2011. The transaction is still subject to a number of closing conditions, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
